Under no circumstances will it be possible to return unsealed products intended for consumption (medicinal, food, cosmetic and beauty products) as well as those intended for personal hygiene (stockings, socks, soaps), etc.
ONLINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All purchases made through the portal www.cinshome.es (hereinafter, the Website), owned by Asesoría Profesional CINS SL (hereinafter CINS SL), are subject to the general conditions included in the legal notice. The General Conditions prevail over the Online Purchase Conditions.
All products and services are subject to the following conditions. By purchasing on the Web, you automatically accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding online sales transactions between CINS SL and its customers.
CINS SL is authorized to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these conditions, without prior notice. It is also authorized to restructure, modify or eliminate any information, service or content included on the Web, without prior notice. A purchase is not final until it is accepted by CINS SL. Furthermore, CINS SL reserves the right to accept and cancel any order, being able to return the amount paid by the customer and being exempt from any other obligation.
The consumer and user will have the right to withdraw or return the product(s) purchased from CINS, SL within 14 calendar days from the time of receipt. To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Given the characteristics of most of our products, we inform you that the return of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery is not permitted.
For hygienic reasons, bathroom items, hygiene items and pillows cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
The CUSTOMER must be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return process. It is important that when the products are returned they are well packaged, so that they will not suffer any damage during transport.
Returns of orders must be sent to the address of CINS SL, Calle Señorío de Echalaz 8 Bajo, Esquina, 31016 Pamplona - Navarra (Spain). Once the buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal and the goods have been received in our warehouses and their condition has been checked, CINS SL will act as indicated by the buyer: refund the amount or exchange the goods.

All products sold on this website are new and original from the manufacturer. The information provided for each product is the information provided by the manufacturer or distributor/importer.
CINS SL, for its part, will try to the best of its ability to constantly update product prices through constant communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
CINS SL states that the product offered usually corresponds to the photograph and technical description of the same. However, it is exonerated from liability for those cases in which, due to technical or human errors, there are mistakes or variations between the photograph, the technical description and the price. Likewise, it is stated that the photographs are merely indicative and there may be variations in their physical appearance, but without affecting the integrity and performance of the requested product.
CINS SL is not responsible for the content, information, opinions or comments disseminated through the Web, nor will it be liable for the use that the User makes of this information.
Legal guarantee:
CINS SL will be liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within three years from delivery of the product due to manufacturing defects. In this regard, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it, and the consumer and user will be liable for any damages or losses actually caused by the delay in communication.
Refunds:
The amount paid will be refunded once the product has been received and verified to be in good condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
